Infrared
Infrared transmission uses infrared light to send data.
Infrared light transmits data through the air and can propagate throughout a room, bouncing off surfaces, but will not penetrate the walls.
The infrared transmission has become common in Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), e.g., hand held devices like palm pilots etc.
The infrared transmission is considered as a secure transmission.
Real Life Example of using Infrared
